As an overseas patient without Taiwanese National Health Insurance, we understand that traveling to another country for medical care can be daunting. That's why we're here to help every step of the way. From appointment scheduling and second-opinion consultations to financial information and counseling, we will provide you with a caring and knowledgeable international medical care coordinator who speaks English and Mandarin. They will help you prepare for your medical visit, make appointments with the most appropriate experts, and arrange accommodation and transportation. We are committed to making your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible.

During your stay with us, you can expect personal escort to medical appointments, language interpretation (in English and Mandarin), assistance during your inpatient stay and after discharge, and follow-up appointment scheduling. We also offer free internet access and assistance with English medical records and prescriptions. Your international care coordinator will be by your side to answer all your questions, provide language interpretation, and accompany you to your appointments. We are here to make sure you feel supported and cared for throughout your stay.

 

After Your Treatment 

As our patient, we are committed to providing you with the best possible follow-up care. We will stay in touch with you to ensure that you are doing well and that your treatment has been successful. We can also help you schedule future appointments if necessary. If you have any questions or concerns after you return home, please do not hesitate to contact us.
